Proposal templates are cover or content pages for quotes that are sent to customers. Templates are first created and saved as templates through the quote, and after that they can be edited or removed in the settings. In the settings, the content is divided into cover templates and content templates. New templates can be added from quote.

Editing the cover template
- Go to Settings > Feature settings > Projects > Proposal templates > Cover templates.
- Click on the cover template you want to edit.
- Edit the template.
- Click three dots menu to edit or remove cover template's background image.
- Click Save.
Removing the cover template
When you no longer need a cover template, you can remove it from the settings.
- Go to Settings > Feature settings > Projects > Proposal templates > Cover templates.
- Click on the delete icon on the row of the cover template you want to remove.
- Confirm the deletion by clicking OK.
Editing the content template
- Go to Settings > Feature settings > Projects > Proposal templates > Content templates.
- Click on the content template you want to edit.
- Edit the sections of the template as needed.
- Click Save.
